My real question is, what is the boundary line, or is there one between Jefferson County jurisdiction and Littleton jurisdiction? Since I have a Littleton address, but I also have a Jefferson County. Chief Douglas Stephens: I can’t tell you the number of times that I’ve been at home watching the news, and I see a crime occur, and you’re saying it’s a Littleton address, and then I see the Jefferson County cars there, and I’m like, “Oh, phew. That’s not really the City of Littleton.” But generically, it kind of varies. But for the most part, the line between Littleton and Jefferson County, where we would switch from Littleton Police Department to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s office is along Platte Canyon, for the most part, on the West side of town. But it gets a little weird around the Coventry and stuff. It goes all the way over to Sheridan, some of those neighborhoods. But for the most part, Platte Canyon is our Western boundary. Then we brought up against Boehmer on the West side, up on the North side of Littleton, if that helps. Littleton city limits map
